Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that our gourmet, handcrafted treatments require meticulous care and can take up to 5-7 days to process and ship. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. All sales are final.

Please ensure all address information is accurate at the time of purchase. Empress Reign is not liable for inaccuracies submitted by the customer. Once your order has been submitted, the shipping destination is final.

If incorrect information is provided and we must reship your package, a reship fee of $8 will apply.

International Shipping
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Customs Fees | Duties | Taxes

Empress Reign does NOT cover duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be incurred for international shipments. These charges are NOT included in Empress Reign’s shipping fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about these fees prior to ordering.
